Its great advantage is that you’ll find it a few steps from the beach as well as its great interior design which is quite modern and stylish. This hidden gem property provides you with the most romantic sea views and conveniently accommodates up to 8 guests.

Nastazia Luxury Beach House has 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the other two with twin beds. All 4 bedrooms include an ensuite luxurious bathroom with a shower and have high quality mattresses. There’s an open plan huge kitchen which is fully equipped and suitable for any meal preparation. At the same area you will find the sitting area of the kitchen along with an incredibly cozy living room in soothing tones of grey and sandy colors. There’s a smart TV and free Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

The villa offers everything you might need during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a deep freezer, for any meal preparation of your choice. Also, guests can enjoy a free Wi-Fi access and a smart TV offering Netflix. Other useful amenities are the safety box, the washing machine and the iron along with the ironing board. There’s a baby bed and a high chair if they’re needed.

Check-in time is 3pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we’ll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early – there is plenty to keep you entertained!

We would like to welcome you and hope that you have a lovely holiday in our Villa. We hope you will look after it during your stay as if it was your own home.
Cancellation Policy
Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.

Nastazia Luxury Beach House is set in Ialysos, where you can find in a few steps everything you might need during your stay such as super markets, pharmacies, restaurants, car rentals Ialysos beach which is quite popular amongst sports enthusiasts, is right above the house. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a 20 minute drive away from the house. Visitors shouldn’t miss one of the most attractive destinations of Rhodes, the Valley of the butterflies in a distance of only 25 minute drive. The villa is about an hour drive away from a south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. The airport of the island is located only a 15 minute driving distance.
